Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Niskayuna

This is the third time I have visited the dunkin donuts located at 3526 State St, Schenectady, NY 12304 with in a week. The past three times I have not been able to get my order, because it takes over 10 mins for them to take my order through the drive thru. As soon as I pull up to place an order they tell me to hold on.... 10 mins go by and I have to say "Hello" then I get a response "what do you want". Once I place my order they take another 10-15 mins to even make it. It is ridiculous that it takes over 20 mins for me to get ONE coffee through the drive thru. The times I have gone it has not been busy. I am the only car in the drive thru and maybe one car parked in the lot. It is unfortunate that you are losing business.. I am happy that a Starbucks has opened near by so I won't have to go to this dunkin donuts and wait 25 mins. On top of the slow service the employees are beyond rude. Would give zero...

After getting home, we had to make coffee and add DD real cream and sugar from grocer to all the ice we got in drive through. We noticed the icy circus drinks blocks away and not going back spending time and fuel in that traffic. At the menu intercom, no one told us 1) our pastries we paid for were not available, 2) nor was the flavor topping and 3) that the one of two drinks paid full price for would have topping substituted without asking us first by the female there. The male who said to come to the pick up space was smiling sneakily when they revealed what they had AFTER we arrived to get our orders. The stale muffins were awful. This dunkin' donuts is the one on State Street in Schenectady over by Mohawk mall or Mohawk Commons it's right on State next to mobile and across street from metro Ford and there's a McDonald's right down the road from there so it's centered in that area it was very busy when I went through this morning I was waiting there a long time I would hope that next time I go through that they get a more quicker pace and that that I'm not waiting such a long time but we felt their bagels were delicious that I had their vanilla cream filled donuts were good my wife had my friend had the jelly donut he said that was delicious and we would stop there again so if it was up to me I would give them 35...
