Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of North Greenbush

I placed an on-line order at 5:00am (8/15/24). I got there at 5:15am for an order of a couple of breakfast sandwiches and two coffees. When I got there, a woman and her daughter were also waiting for their food. The staff behind the counter (there was only one) complained out loud to nobody "Why does everybody have to order food online when I am the only one here?" She then went over to the display and said...again...to nobody particular..."look, one, two, three, four, five orders online!" She gave the woman and her daughter their order, so I was there with her by myself. A co worker came in at 5:20am and she continued to complain that she was the only one working with five orders right at 5:00am when they opened and nobody there to help her. Then she complained that the oven took too long to heat up. I left with my order at 5:25am. To the girl working the counter I say "Look, I am really sorry that you had to open up by yourself and that I ordered food so early. I really didn't mean to cause you such anxiety so early on a Thursday Morning. If I want to order breakfast again, I'll go to a different store. I am really sorry it was so much trouble. I do want you to know that I couldn't have known that four other people would order as well." What should have been a nice way to start a Thursday wound up being kind of crappy. Worst DD I’ve EVER been to! Avoid at all costs! Asst Manager Jackie is the worst supervisor I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. She’s too busy in her own world making sandwiches (maybe that’s all she knows how to do?) to manage her team appropriately. I’m officially done using this location because it’s close to home. I’ll go the extra 15 min out of my way to avoid. Who waits 32 minutes EVERY TIME to pick up a walk in To-Go order?!! AND every time I’ve ever visited, some portion of my order has been incorrect! The manager Dawn should step into her store more than once in a while to check on the mismanaged staff and maybe show Miss Jackie how to run her staff. I hope this location gets a visit from corporate. Believe me, I’m going to do EVERYTHING in my power...

I’ve gotten dunkin coffee 4 times in the past month, only one of those coffees were made correctly. The other 3 were too horrible to drink I tried mixing it with coffee from my house, adding sugar and adding creamer but still too horrible and had to be thrown out. My boyfriend and mom had picked me up these coffees for me otherwise I would have instantly noticed by the color that these coffees were not made correctly and asked the worker to fix it. I am so tired of wasting my money at this dunkin (in Wynantskill) they need to start training their workers! So frustrated and now I’m going to bring this coffee back and hopefully get a new one made correctly!

Adding to this I ordered a bacon egg and cheese online get home NO EGG! What is this place go...
