Basil express Halal — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Possibly one of, if not, the WORST Chinese food cuisines I've ever experienced in my life. The photos are 100% fake and I promise you the food is not as appealing. I had gone in about an hour before closing with two friends. We all made our orders together, however I did not receive my food until about 45 minutes! That is an absurd wait time for Chinese food. The gentleman at the counter told me that it would be best if I had just taken my order to go, all while my other two friends were waiting for me to get my food so that we could eat together. I wouldn't have minded if he told me that they were close to closing hours WHILE I was ordering, but to take my order and then make me wait, and then tell me that it'd be best to take my order to go? These are the kinds of issues I desperately wish to avoid when I'm going somewhere to eat. The Thai soup was horrible and the Chinese fried rice was terribly greasy, dry fried chicken and overtly dripping from oil Egg rolls. You might as well eat haram food at that point, as this type of torture can be considered detrimental to both your physical and mental health. It's not worth it at all. I would highly recommend Halal ChengDu Chinese food as an alternative, they are only a few minutes away by car and worth ever more so in terms of quality and experience. Food was good quality wise, but had to go home and fix it up since it had not taste to it. It had no spice as I was just tasting the food. Have you ever eaten a sandwich, and you taste the bread more than the meat, well that's how it tasted like. One thing I didn't like which is wrong, I ordered $60 worth of food and the lady at the counter charged me for extra sauce. She told me that she gave me one buy I only saw four which I paid for, what happened to the free one. One little sauce will not cover 5 containers of food. I paid the extra money but I might not go back because of that. I would have understood if u gave me one for each dish and charged me after that. I will post the picture of the sauce.
