Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I love the ice cream from here, especiall Rocky Road. They have a large variety of flavors, however major improvements could be made to variety of toppings and to customer service. There are only 3-4 toppings that I know of are available.....M&Ms, rainbow sprinkles, and nuts. They could really add more. How about adding the most basic topping of all - chocolate chips? I love any ice cream with choco chips. Or a variety of nuts? or perhaps oreo cookies? Also, the guys behind the counter are very hard working but they need to develop some nicer customer experience? Perhaps be kinder...

The order for the fat free frozen yogurt I placed in Door dash was made incorrectly, missing the brown bites. The worst part was finding a piece of hair after 2 bites killing my excitement and appetite. I called the store and had difficulty getting help due to the fact that they didn't speak English. Finally after 3 tries someone was put on the call who told me he will cancel my order and I should call DD to receive a refund. I don't suggest placing an online order here through any...

The food is the same as any other BR/DD but a more limited selection. The staff smelled like they’d just smoked a cigarette & didn’t use gloves when scooping the ice cream. 1 scoop is a fair amount of cream but you could use the same $5 on a pint from the grocery store, it’s not like it’s a special recipe.
