Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I have the worse experience with this place and the ridcolusly rude employees. It took me 20 minute on the phone to place the order. The guy cancelled and processed the payment twice. After waiting 1 hour and 5 minute they called me up and said they can not deliver the pizza because it was too far. I live in floral park and this place is fairly close. I got little upset as my children have been waiting for the pizza for more than hour also it was past 8:30 night and bedtime already.

I wished to speaking with a manager and was told that he's busy!!!! I asked why you took the order at first knowing my address and calling after hour to cancel? His response was extremely rude. In straight loud voice - "I don't know who took your order, but your place is to far and the driver isn't going." Highly unprofessional!!! I'm disgusted with their manners of dealing with a customer. I can't emphasis enough in simple words of what it felt like. Stay away from this...

I went to this particular store since it is fairly close to me, and I regularly buy pizza from here aside from Pizza Hut. I remember I came into the store to find a woman who is making the Pizza with no gloves, and I already gave my order, so I had to tell the cashier that this was disgusting and very disturbing to see because I eat pizza from here normally and who knows what the woman had done before she went and started and to find this, that is not normal. Then he claims that its not their policy to wear gloves, Which makes no sense at all because every other buisness I know like Subway, Costco, etc. They wear gloves and I tell him that but he keeps arguing until he admits that and cancels the order. I never came to Dominoes ever since this happened.

So warning to all the people that order from here, They Don't wear gloves so who knows what they do before they...

I ordered 4 pizzas through their app which had $5.99 coupons for medium pies with 2 toppings, but I was charged $7.99 instead. When I got to the restaurant, they didn't have my order, so I had to wait to have the pies made after giving them my confirmation number. When I got home, 2 pies were perfect, but 1 had a long strand of hair with cheese baked on it, and the other pie which was ordered as extra cheese, had more bald spots than Michael Jordan. I called the restaurant to inform them of these concerns and was told to call tomorrow to speak with a manager. After insisting, the young man took my number and the manager called 5 mins later. After articulating my discontent with his suggesting I return to pick up the pies, he agreed to have them delivered. He remade both pizzas, delivered them 40+ minutes later, but by then, I had eaten left overs. Poor customer...
