The worst service I have ever received in any establishment in my life. Dirty floors dirty tables and chairs. Very nasty manager. Took my grandkids for breakfast it was 90 degrees in the store. Asked her to turn on the air condition she got mad at me. I had to clean the tables and chairs to sit on. They don’t understand my order so I had to go back to line to get again. This is the most unsanitary Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. They never change there gloves after handling money and then proceed to make your food without any hesitation. I made a comment and they just looked at me with a blank stare. This has happened more then once. I just walk out when it does. I will...

I placed an order at 9 am. They were so slammed with orders due to Passover that pickup wasn't available until 9:30 am. I walked over 3 times at 9:30, 9:45 & 10:30 and the coffee and donut I ordered still wasn't ready. By 11 am, I gave up. I get that the place was busy, but it was just a coffee...
