Came on a Friday night, fully staffed more than any dessert shop you'll see at that time but perhaps they were a bit tired and more focused on conversing with each other(highschool/college kids) so I had to repeat my order a few times til they wanted help even though I was the only person on the counter ordering with my gf. Once I picked up my ice cream and started walking towards the back dining room to eat it,2 staff members quickly zoom past us and tell us a big party walked in and need all the tables in the back even though we already paid (mind you this a cafe type establishment, order at the counter and dine in if you'd like AFTER you pay) so obviously this large party hadn't even started ordering yet but we're already accommodated seats and we were told to look for seats in the inside area where it was already FULL of kids and then a staff member said she'll bring out a couple chairs in the rear parking lot for us if we want. So we went outside realized there's like 3feet of space where the door swings open before you hit the actual parked cars and the ice cream was melting in our hands so we had to just eat...

Went on a Friday night at 11:30 knowing we would have to make it quick because they close at midnight. Well, our consideration did not go both ways because as we entered we were met with " We are only serving ice cream right now" Great- that's what we came in for! The chairs were put up so customers could not sit down and there was a frenzy of employees bagging up, dragging, and stacking up garbage bags, and sweeping by customers feet. I understand that the employees would like to get off of work as soon as possible, but if your business ours are until 12:00am, then essentially customers should be able to order with employees who are attentive, employees who say no to menu items because they don't want to dirty things that they have already cleaned for the night, and employees who are not rushing you out of the place. We ended up having to eat in the car which was disappointing because we drove a long way.
