This place is awful, don’t ever bother ordering from this place in the evening. Every so often I forget how bad the service at this place is and I end up ordering a pizza in the evening and hours later the order gets canceled with no explanation. All of a sudden I check the status of my order and it’s been canceled and then by that point it’s too late to order from most of the restaurants. Moreover it’s always conveniently passed their closing time when the order has been canceled so that you can’t call them to ask what’s going on you’re just SoL. Would give zero stars if I could, bad food would be better I have literally never been able to get any food from this place over a dozen or so times I’ve placed an order and had to wait...

It’s Papa John’s Pizza, you see the commercials and expect to get something similar to that. This place will make you a subpar pizza and make you wait an exorbitant amount of time for your order because the staff are deliberately estimating incorrectly to make you wait.
Order ahead for pick up? Surprise! You arrived in 20min like they told you to and your order hasn’t even been prepared yet. Staff will quote “2 minutes” at the counter even though your pizza isn’t in the oven.
Papa John isn’t in the picture anymore but even he would be disappointed in this sad excuse for a pizza franchise.

We gave this store multiple opportunities before we gave a bad review. Today has been the worst service. Ordered 2 pies, bone-in chicken wings and garlic knots. The toppings look like it was thrown into the air and had it land on the pizza. It was cooked so fast the bottom was burnt and the toppings were raw. When I told them I ordered the wings they said they don't have. The wings were replaced without my knowledge into boneless wings that were so dry.
