Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Update: The manager and the district manager both contacted me about the incident and worked really hard to make this right.

Bad bad bad. Rude staff. It was pouring rain at 6:45pm. I rolled down the window halfway because it was pouring in my car. The team member's headset didnt work, it was low and I couldn't hear. I kept repeating my order and the girl kept mumbling. One minute came by and the inside of my car is soaked. Finally another girl came on loud and clear and confirmed my order. I drove up to the window and told the team member that they need to fix their headset because I couldn't hear and my window was open, and my car was soaked. She said "I was watching you on the video and your window was totally shut." I said absolutely not! I had it open halfway (enough to clearly communicate) because it was pouring in the car. Regardless, her headset was BROKEN and the other team member was loud and clear.

This is the last straw for this place. I live around the block. I WAS here every day. This location can take a hike. I have had enough with the rude employees, botched orders, and overall poorly made drinks. It's clear to me that NO ONE is managing this place AT ALL. I honestly hope corporate shuts this place down because they cant run...

Edited and put service and food down to one stars. How Is it that I try this place again and the barista taking my order couldn’t be less interested, went to the back and put the drink in a diff computer so I couldn’t see what it was ringing up as and they give me the wrong drink. The barista offered to make a new drink but not after I went back and fourth with her about the drink. At that point I really just wanted to leave. Took the drink that was not what I ordered and won’t be back for good. This place is a waste of money. Any other Starbucks is better than this

A couple times I ordered drinks from this Starbucks. When I got hot coffee it was very sour which leads me to believe they didn’t change it out when they are supposed to. When I ordered a frapachino it was so watery I can’t imagine they put in the correct amount of ice. I worked at a different location and am aware of how easy they make it to learn the drink recipes and amounts. I’m not the type to tell them to go remake it so instead I won’t come back to this location, I’ll just go to the dunkin donuts practically...

So I ordered a Mozz pesto egg sandwich and shaken espresso through the app for pick up from the drive through but got egg bites instead, my drink was spot on and delicious. I wasn't mad at all when I opened it while at work, but called to make sure it doesn't have anything I'm allergic to in it cause I got something I didn't order. Who ever answered the phone had excellent customer service and helped reassure me the food was safe for me and even offered for me to return it and get something different. I'm ok eating it and I did. Wonderful friendly employees work at this place (at least in my experience) because even a couple days ago who I think was the lead person working got into a lovely chat with me about pets and caring for animals. It seems all the workers are personable and friendly....
