After years of coming to this store under previous management, I have to say that Jamie is truly a blessing in disguise. He made it so easy and simple for me to upgrade phones for my entire family and even adjusted our plans to save us money while giving us more benefits. I’ve never felt so welcomed by anyone before.

Jamie’s dedication and energy were unmatched people kept coming in specifically to see him, and he was helping everyone with genuine care and efficiency. This store has never had a manager like him someone who truly listens, cares, and goes above and beyond for customers.

Honestly, he deserves a raise or some kind of holiday bonus because, let’s face it, big companies don’t always recognize exceptional talent. If Jamie isn’t here the next time I visit, I’d hate to say it, but T-Mobile would be losing an incredible asset.

Port is a small town where word spreads quickly, and Jamie’s name is mentioned at six stores along the strip all with glowing reviews. Jamie, please don’t leave, and T-Mobile, if he ever considers it, give him whatever he needs to stay. He is hands down the best manager this store has ever had.

I went in with a cracked phone front and back and wanted to see if I had any upgrades they told me I had to pay off my phone or just wait and get it fixed. They told me I didn’t have Apple care and said to go down the street to IFIXSCREENS and gave us a coupon. The peoople at ifixscreens are just horrible they charged us $454 and I’ve had to get the screen replaced 4 times in the last 2 weeks. They broke my power button and ruined the hardware on my phone. I’d like to personally thank Kevin for all his help today at the T-Mobile store in Port Washington! He went above and beyond — helped me upgrade my old phone to a new one, transferred everything over seamlessly, and was so patient throughout the whole process. He even took the time to help me get back into my Instagram account that I’d been locked out of! On top of all that, he updated my plan and saved me money each month.
