After years of coming to this store under previous management, I have to say that Jamie is truly a blessing in disguise. He made it so easy and simple for me to upgrade phones for my entire family and even adjusted our plans to save us money while giving us more benefits. Iāve never felt so welcomed by anyone before.
Jamieās dedication and energy were unmatched people kept coming in specifically to see him, and he was helping everyone with genuine care and efficiency. This store has never had a manager like him someone who truly listens, cares, and goes above and beyond for customers.
Honestly, he deserves a raise or some kind of holiday bonus because, letās face it, big companies donāt always recognize exceptional talent. If Jamie isnāt here the next time I visit, Iād hate to say it, but T-Mobile would be losing an incredible asset.
Port is a small town where word spreads quickly, and Jamieās name is mentioned at six stores along the strip all with glowing reviews. Jamie, please donāt leave, and T-Mobile, if he ever considers it, give him whatever he needs to stay. He is hands down the best manager this store has ever had.
