My family and I went to this location around 3 pm. Was super impressed with how clean this location was. Unfortunately, the customer service and food was terrible. There was only 2 other tables being taken care of while we were there, so you’d think service wouldn’t be slow. I should’ve known with how crowded the other table was with empty drinks and stacked plates that service wasn’t great. It took us about 15 minutes to even be greeted by the waitress. Took forever for our one beer to come out & took even longer for the wrong food to come out. I ordered extra wet boneless wings & received bone-in. When I told her it was wrong, she said I ordered it wrong. I used to work at BWW, I know how to order boneless wings. Anyways, she comes back 20+ minutes later with my extra DRY wings with no carrots or celery. I looked at it and looked at her and asked her for extra sauce. She apologized for them not being extra wet. If you knew I ordered extra wet, you should have corrected that in the kitchen. During this all, she didn’t fill my empty glass of water or ask my husband if he wanted more to drink.

So, let's start with the positives. The food was hot and cooked properly. The staff, although very young, was friendly and attentive. Now to the negatives. The booths are horribly cramped if you are not thin and many seat cushions on the bench seats are ripped open. 6 wings and six boneless with some fries is $18. Pretty steep. The platter was also supposed to come with a small container of coleslaw, but as you can see, did not. Although the huge dining room was all but empty at lunch, it took a half hour for the food to come out after ordering. Pretty bad if you only have a half hour for lunch. Now, the last bit is personal taste, but I had 2 types of sauces on the chicken. The Asian zing was in the middle of the heat range. It was tasty, but where was the zing? It was barely spicy. The Thai curry sauce is near the top of the spice chart. It still wasn't very spicy, but it WAS salty as hell. I had a hard time eating the boneless wings with that sauce on it. I won't be visiting again 😬

On 4/14 we were visiting family in the area and we decided to eat at BWW. We preferred take out so my mom could spend more time with her grand baby at her house. We placed an order around 2 PM and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it wasn't ready yet which is fine, we waited. My mom lives not even 10 minutes from the restaurant so when we opened the box to see the 20 count wings we ordered, we were shocked at how dry they looked. We assumed it was just little sauce until we bit into several of them in both flavors. It was obvious those wings were either cooked hours prior or a day or so before. The meat was very dry and not edible. We threw over half the wings out which was a total waste of money. We used my husband's gift card he got for Christmas and it was a huge bust. We were sad that it was a total bust.

The worst service I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings ever!!! Our waitress, Tera took out order which included me using about 2100 of my points for 10 traditional wings and I told her I had a birthday reward for 6 more wings. I ordered the 16 wing flavors and was only delivered 10 wings. The gentleman who brough the wings said he would look in back for them. Tera then came over and I told her I only got the 10 and she said she would check also, and I asked her for blue cheese and celery which she never asked me if I wanted and she said she would bring it also. 10 minutes later and asking the bar tender for the blue cheese the wings were then COLD!!! Tera then came back and said she did not get my birthday order in like she thought. Then the manager came over and apologized and asked if they could make the wings now that I didn't get. I told him my order of the wings included them to be cooked for 25 minutes and I wasn't about to wait again. Not much of a consolation. Tera then brought the bill and and I then asked for the manager again. I told the manager that I was charged for the 10 wings I got and that bill bill comped me for the 10 wings! told him I used my reward points for the purchase! He only wanted to make me more wings to go!!! So, I lost 2100 points for the wings I got and then was comped for the cost of them. Can't use the free 6 birthday wings either. I believe this would call for a visit from Gordon Ramsey! The wings I did get, although being cold were good. Gordon where are you when we need you??? Oh, they never offered my wife's order for a to go container either. Get it right the first time!

I was asked to submit to BWW web site the information above, which I did. I was given back the points I used for the 10 wings. Thanks for almost nothing. You did the minimum possible for such a poor experience AND I lost the 6 free wings that were for my birthday!!! If I go to BWW again it will be somewhere other than Oneonta....

Absolutely disgusted by the experience I had here last night. Upon arrival I was greeted by a sweet older woman that was the hostess. She was about to seat my boyfriend and I when her manager Andy approached her being beyond disrespectful. He was upset that she hadn’t written down who the server was for a large table that was coming in. He continued to make a scene in front of us and onlooking customers by raising his voice to the point our jaws dropped and she was on the brink of tears. After embarrassing her infront of everyone he stormed away and she seated us. I apologized to her for the way he treated her and we hesitantly ordered our meal. The service from our server was great and after the meal I asked the waitress if she would send Andy over. Upon Andy coming over I told him that I could not bring myself to leave without acknowledging his behavior. I told him that was an ugly way to treat someone, especially in front of customers. I approached the conversation in a respectful manner with the thought that he would acknowledge his wrongs and apologize BUT boy was I wrong. He proceeded to tell me “she needed to hear it” and he was being “blunt”. He continued on after being rude to me after storming away about ten feet to raise his voice at me in front of the entire restaurant and tell me that it’s not him who needs to take a look in the mirror, it’s me. He continued to escalate the situation to the point that everyone around us was watching a situation that was never needed to rise to this extent. I was informed by other staff members that this is a ‘normal’ way he treats those around him. This behavior is disgusting. It is mind blowing that with this behavior he is an assistant manager considering this is a...

My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was somewhat disappointing. I came with high expectations for a great meal but left feeling underwhelmed.

To start with the food - my party and I ordered a variety of items from the menu - wings, burgers, and fries. The wings, which I expected to be the highlight of the meal given the restaurant's name, were smaller than I anticipated. When it comes to wings, size does matter, and these just didn't deliver on the size or value front.

On the burger side, I'd say they were simply average. Nothing special that would make me crave to come back for more. The fries, though, were standard fare and as satisfactory as any you'd get elsewhere.

The service at the establishment was another issue that detracted from the overall dining experience. Our drinks took a considerable time to be refilled, which is a basic service expectation in any restaurant. I felt like our table wasn't given the necessary attention and quick service that is crucial in creating a good dining experience.

In the end, my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was more of a missed shot than a slam dunk. I am hopeful that this was a one-off day for them, but it's hard to ignore the overall disappointment from this visit. My advice would be to take some time and focus on improving the quality of the food and the responsiveness of the service. A great dining experience is a combination of both, and this is where Buffalo Wild Wings fell short during my visit.

Would I recommend them at this point? Not enthusiastically, I'm afraid. They have some work to do to get back in the game, in my opinion. I'd say proceed with caution if you're...
