If I could give 0 stars I would. Let’s start with when tried to work here a little under a year ago. I was offered the job, and told to come in for onboarding. I came in to onboarding and sat there for 40 minutes while the assistant manager was UNABLE to figure out how to put me in the system to start my onboarding. She asked me to come back another day, when the manager will be there to help. I came back the day requested for the manager to not be there, and for the assistant manager too again struggle on the computer trying to get me in the system. Another 40 minutes, This time she’s unplugging the mouse, unplugging the keyboard, turning the computer off. I politely say I think that she’s missing some steps and we should go back through… to which she disregarded, and continued to blame the computer. I was asked to return in a little over a week for a guaranteed on boarding with the manager. Which would be my 3rd time (I live 30 minutes away). The day of the last on boarding I called to ensure they would be ready for me, and I spoke to the manager I have been so desperately waiting for. She informed me she had no idea who I was, and they are not hiring. I explained the situation at hand, and asked to speak to her boss to inform them of this matter as well. She responded “I’ll speak to my boss, you won’t speak to my boss” and says “I’ll get back to you today”. I informed her my onboarding was at 4 and I intended to appear to discuss the matter. I appeared 10 minutes early to watch the manager leaving as I pulled in. I went in and said “hey I’m here for onboarding!” To be met with “I was told if anyone comes in for onboarding to tell them we aren’t hiring”… after the manager telling me she’ll talk to her boss, I can’t, and that she’ll get back to me. She made the decision they aren’t hiring and to tell staff that specifically for when I came In. I tried to reach out to the Taco Bell corporate, the franchise owner multiple ways but was never put through it seems, and the manager at the store itself countless times about the wages I am owed for the 1 hour and 20 mins I was there having my time and gas to get there wasted 3 times. I even went through the better business bureau, they said they would try to obtain my wages in a mutual agreement but were unsuccessful. Walking back there, seeing the assistant management in action, and having the pleasure of speaking to the manager I am beyond grateful I didn’t end up employed here.
Next issue at hand, and the real reason I wrote today is because of the fact you can’t pull up to this Taco Bell’s drive through window without being told it’s going to be 20-40 minutes of wait time?! It’s literally everytime these days and regardless of how busy they are. It’s just a deterrent so people won’t order and they don’t have to work. For a franchise location that put me through the wringer wasting my time/money, and didn’t end up hiring me after offering me the job…I can’t say I’m surprised, but disappointed you’ll turn away good workers who put way more effort than necessary, for workers willing to say a fake 45 min wait time so they don’t have to move. I pulled up a couple nights ago, with only one car in front of me and that was it. FULL STAFF in the building, and they say to me before anything “I’d just like you to know it’s gonna be about a 45 minute wait. Do you still want to order ? ” I said “45 minutes is what you just said?” She clarified “yes I did”. Knowing this has been the usual lately, but wanting to test it because there’s literally only one car infront of me… I said yeah I’ll order. I got my 2 tacos in 12 minutes (still kinda long but better!). Not 45 minutes… it’s just a deterrent at that point. Worst part is, you’ll never know when they are lying or are actually going to take 20+ minutes with your food. We had to wait 25 mins for a cheese quesadilla one of our last stops and they were not busy inside or out. Our last 5-10 stops have all been met at the drive through speaker with “it’s going to be about a 25 minute wait” atleast....

Within the last 2 weeks of trying to order in the drive-thru I've been told on two separate occasions that there will be a 20 minute wait because there is only one person. Annd you're open why?
Specifically, this Taco Bell should not be offering DoorDash as a service, especially if you are short staffed. Lastnight, I had to cancel a customers order because I had already been waiting 15+ minutes (it was around 11:20 pm) and still had 3 cars ahead of me and 4 behind. I ended up leaving and while I passed the drive-thru window I could see an employee leaning against the counter, on her phone. There's half the issue.
This Taco Bell needs dire help with management. You seem to always be hiring, and a majority of the people that are hired, in my experience, have displayed poor work ethic, as if they can't be bothered AT THEIR JOB. A year or so ago I remember when an order wasn't ready, you'd have us pull up or park on the other side and someone would bring it out. I just don't see how we can all be waiting at least 15 minutes and out of the 8 cars, no one's order is ready? Or there's no attempt to getting cars to move along?
I will point out there's a male employee who has displayed great enthusiasm, this was 2 days ago I believe. His attitude was great, whether he was having a bad day or not I wouldn't have known! He was thorough when I was wanting to confirm certain items in my customers bag; he didn't act annoyed and didn't answer anything with 'I don't know'. I loathe the "I don't know" responses, it is so careless. Anyway, couldn't tell you his name or what he looked like, I just know there needs to be more employees like that, who still apply themselves regardless of the type of day they're having, for your restaurant to improve!
Sorry to say, but based on other more recent reviews, this Taco Bell has really declined the...
Read moreMy one star review comes as more of a slow burn over many years…. Years of slow service staff on phones messed up orders and a dirty dining room.. yet still I went from the day they opened around 2005 and I never once complained. The staff changed over the years but the service never has.
I often go in the morning because they serve lunch a 9am. At that time of the day the menu understandably shows mostly breakfast menus. A few weeks ago I went to the drivethru and asked what box deals they currently had because I did not see them on the menu… the lady for some reason and insisted they were all there and started arguing with me instead of telling me what they have .. I ended up getting my food and I dropped the issue. A few days later I went back and I must have interrupted during lunch break because they were completely taking with there mouth full while I was ordering ….. okay bad service but I dropped the issue and forgot about it. Today I went there to order the nacho fry box and they refused to even take my order because it was “not 9am”… I looked at my clock and it was literally 8:59. Now I have no problem with waiting till 9 for my food but the response should have been something like “sure we can take your order but it might be a few minutes because we are still setting up for lunch”.. a response like that would have been acceptable… however, as it was it was the last straw.. I left and I will...
