Iâve held off on rating this Starbucks because its a somewhat new business in the area, itâs often randomly closed, closed early, sometimes only the drive through is open, but other times itâs dine in only. Even with all of that I still thought it fine, but today I just had such an off putting experience. I got my usual drink that I ordered through the app, I had to wait for 5 min before being serviced in the drive through which again I understand that food service is hard but when I got my drink it quite literally just tasted like milk, I went inside to which it was near empty and no one was ordering anything, yet all three workers completely ignored me for another five min even after making eye contact with me. They were obviously prepping to close to the store but it was 90 min before this store was supposed to close. Eventually a girl in glasses and brown hair asks me what my issue is and I very kindly explained it just tastes more like milk, I hope it isnât a bother to have it remade. This girl couldnât have looked more done with me, but she took my drink and hastily remade it which again would be fine if my cup wasnât now 99% ice đ $7 for ice yall đI wasnât gonna bother after that lol but as someone who also worked in food service for years this place needs new management and...
   Read moreI had an order of approximately $11 of just two drinks. I planned to used my unopened $20 gift card that I received as a birthday gift. However, the woman at the window did not read my total out loud and took my card to pay for my drinks. About two minutes went by and a man came to the window and read my total to me, to which I responded saying that I already gave my gift card to the woman. There were then multiple conversations held between workers, consisting of information that they did not communicate to me. They asked for my gift card again saying that I had paid for an older transaction, which they said that they would void. Confused, I gave them my card again. About a minute passed, and he hesitantly told me that I still owed $4. I explained that there shouldâve been no charge left because it was a $20 gift card. The staff was very unhelpful, so I paid for the remaining charge. And they never gave me a receipt, they never even offered to give me one. This was robbery. I was not impressed, I ordered my usual iced caramel macchiato and when I received it it tasted like straight milk. when I mentioned something to the Barista how it did not taste right and just tasted of milk she proceeded to tell me that there three shots of espresso and that I had my straw at the bottom, I then tried to inform her that I tried to mix it and it still tasted off, while she proceeded to make me another one she then decided to talk about me to another staff member in front of my face. The one I received after still did not taste right but I was already so upset and she made me feel so uncomfortable that i decided it wasnât worth my time. so I went back after 45 minutes to buy another one in the drive threw that was made by a different person as that one was made perfect.
