Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Ontario

What a terrible experience, the only reason that I did not give them one star, was how clean the place appeared to be.

Every 4 weeks we take my son up to the chemo Ward at Strong Hospital to get his infusion therapy for his Crohn's disease. He spends all day hooked up sitting in a chair up there getting his treatment. So for the last 2 months because there's other families up there with their children, we stop at Dunkin Donuts on the way in to get a dozen donuts to bring in to share with everybody.

When we came in this morning there was a huge noticeable empty area in their donut section. However, I noticed that on the counter over towards the drive-thru was several trays of donuts. So I asked the girl if they had more of a selection because they were clearly out of a number of them, yet there was clearly visible more trays of donuts down towards the drive-through, and whether she flat-out lied to me, or if she was just too lazy, she told me that those donuts down there we're just for the drive-thru and that they were the same Donuts that they had in front of me. My son and I sat there agonizing over whether or not to even order because they didn't have the strawberry sprinkle that he liked they didn't have any chocolate filled, any Boston cream filled, any white cream filled, etcetera. But we bit the bullet anyway an ordered a dozen donuts although there was literally perhaps only one kind of donut that we wanted to choose from. So we got a dozen miscellaneous of various kinds that we didn't have interest in, and we paid, As we were going to leave, my son went down to the other end of the counter just to take a peek and what did he see? He saw different trays of donuts than the ones that we were choosing from?! A direct contradiction to what the girl had just told us, and more importantly, there was a full tray of the strawberry sprinkled==my son's favorite donut. The main reason we went into the store to begin with. The flavor of donut that my son, who is going up to the chemo Ward to get a treatment, wanted for his little treat for breakfast today.

Boooo...

Drove through the drive through, ordered three sandwiches and they only charged me for two, specifically repeated that we needed 3, then the girl ordered the wrong drink when we asked for a specific drink, needed to repeat things like 4-5 times. All to get my order wrong and my 2 cup full of ice and a drop of juice for $8 . The kids hash brows were completely cold. I called to speak to the manager Tory, wow she’s amazing providing customer service, she did not care to hear my complaint, she did not allow me to speak, she made excuses for everything and then she asked what she could do for the drinks I asked to come back later to get drinks how we did order and she Spazzed out and told me she was not going to give me two free drinks for putting extra ice. I told Her to have a better attitude and provide better customer service because she must of woke up with a horrible attitude. Clearly did not care. It is very hard now a days to find anywhere especially food places with good...

Employees are not allowed to keep tip. Manager abandoned her workers for 3 to 3 1/2 because she refused to come in and had a another from webster cover her store (talking about store manager). Will lie to hire workers, if you apply don't say you'll do Sunday or Monday morning because the store manager will never let you switch to a different shift because and I quote "she not there". The store manager also is known to self invite herself to employee's parties. Store Manger works with her daughter so expect the daughter to get special treatment. The food may be good but think twice before working there and corporate won't do a darn thing because their store are franchise....
