Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Town of Orangetown

update: 6/3/24 - received an email to provide bubbakoo's feedback on the order. which i did and it must have went to the owner of the chain and promptly refunded the entire cost of the tacos. - while the food quality still is a 1 given the lack of ingredients added, i would like to say the owner sure understood the value of a happy customer and refunded the monies back. that is why i gave the 'service' a 4. i would give them another try - but this time in person so i can watch the workers add the right amount of ingredients. ordered cauliflower tacos and used the app. so when i picked up and opened it at home boy was so disappointed...where was the cauliflower? where was the corn? and lettuce? seems the put on piece of cauliflower in each and few corn kernels and little shredded lettuce. the picture attached is deceptive as it's no where near that at all. $13 for this and i had to go to chipotle to get tacos...

Customer service is amazing and the food is delicious!! I have ordered from here once in person and once online for pickup. Both times everything was delicious, fresh and filling, but not heavy and greasy lie some Tex-mex places can be.. I appreciate the variety of options and the quality of the food. I had the taco salad and the burrito bowl, while my husband has tried both the soft and hard-shelled tacos. Plus, the staff there can’t be beat! The first time I visited, the person behind the counter walked me through the whole menu and explained all of the options so patiently. When I went for pick up, I received so many “thank you”s and “welcome”s in just the minute that I was inside....

We had Buckaboo's Burritors cater the after party for our wedding, and I can't say enough good things!! Jerry was extremely kind and easy to work with. He made everything super fresh, and he even changed the oil right before making the chips to ensure that even our guests with a gluten allergy could enjoy them. Not only that, but he personally delivered the food after hours and left us a super sweet note when he dropped it off. You know the food is good when one of your guests even tells you that he dreamt about the queso afterwards LOL. The guac was also one of the best I've had.
