Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Orangetown

I apologize for the long review but I was there the morning of April 20th around 6:40 am... I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the cashier repeated my order to the cook ... The cook gave me my food and before leaving ... I checked to see if my order was correct which it was NOT... I go back over to the counter and repeated my order again to the same cashier that I had...So she repeated it 2 MORE TIMES to the same cook... not to mention the cashier had an attitude with me... and the cook got my order wrong again... I promise you I will never be going back to that Dunkin’ Donuts again not because of having a wrong order but on how I got treated by the staff... neither of them were trained the proper way and I did not see one manager up front with them... if anyone else experiences things like this please report it to corporate or a manager...WORST...

horrible ... every time i come here I regret it which I don't come often only when it's convenient, I order off doordash first I ordered 4 drinks and they didn't send not one straw or even mix it . Also for 2 matcha lattes I ordered a small and a medium and it's literally more white than green ,they barely put any matcha power and I see on the note they put 1 matcha for both sizes .I also ordered an english muffin with butter even paid extra for it and I open it up and no butter at all .This isn't the first time they've done this I would come in person order and they wouldn't put what I ordered and always ends up tasting bad . This store needs some serious new training and to follow recipes as they should be when it comes to sizing not out a little bit of matcha power for a small and...

The worst Dunkin in the area.....terrible before the rebuild & even worse after. I tried to be a loyal customer when they reopened but I'm done. I order the same thing everyday on the app before I leave home & everyday it takes longer than the day before. Today, I ordered from home but waited more than 15 minutes when I got there & all I ordered was one coffee. Most of the time, my order is wrong and I don't say a word. While waiting this AM, a worker called out that someone's "iced vanilla latte" was ready but when the person claimed it, it had been made hot. The woman politely said she had ordered it iced & the worker told her she did not......then why did the worker call out "iced vanilla latte" when it was ready? The manager stands around doing absolutely nothing but talking to...
