Pearl River Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Orangetown

Finally got a chance to check out the new place up the block, and it didn't disappoint. We ordered a large cheese pie (toppings are expensive at $5 each!) that was more thin crust than traditional. As a thin crust enthusiast I welcomed this, and it's a nice change of pace from local pizza. I also ordered a sicilian slice that was good and quite thick. The cheese was good, and small crust was tasty. The sauce could have been stronger, which is why I'm not giving five stars. Overall the pizza was good and having different types of options is always a good thing!

I called and ordered one large cheese pizza. The person who took my order said it would be 10 - 15 minutes. When I got there, not only did they say that they didn't have an order for me but they told me it would be another 35 minute wait to pick up a pizza. This is not the first time I have ordered from this pizzeria gotten there to pick up my pizza and they haven't even put it in the oven yet. Excellent pizza, I wish I was closer so I could order regularly! I work in a garage nearby here so every now and then I get to stop by for the mushroom white slice and beef patty with cheese.
