Horrendous experience. We went out with the kids on a Friday night, excited to try the place after reading the reviews. We arrived at 7pm and were promptly seated. There was only one larger party of 10 or so seated, and us, and although the seating area is small, we were comfortable. The first waitress came to us and spoke to us in Spanish, and after I apologetically informed her we did not speak Spanish, she then looked to my husband to confirm and asked him. What? Ok I wrote that off as a weird interaction. 15 minutes later an English speaking waitress arrives and nicely takes our order. Except everything we ordered was unavailable. Literally. Chicken tenders for the kids? Unavailable. Lasagna? Unavailable. Lemonade. LEMONADE. Unavailable. The list goes on and on. We finally found a few items that were available and placed the order. Our waitress brings out our appetizers and the kids food (which we always ask for immediately) about 30 minutes later and then disappears. Literally disappears. At 830pm, my husband and I have still not received our food, 90 minutes after arriving. We were informed it was because of "the roasted potatoes" side dish we ordered that took time to make. 90 minutes to make a side of potatoes? We finally asked for our food to go, and it STILL took another 15 minutes. We left at 845pm, having not eaten our meal. They offered "dessert" on the house, but we declined because honestly a) anything we asked for would probably be Unavailable and b) we were sick and tired of waiting. We brought the food home and when we sat down to eat it finally, it was either too salty, or tasteless. I would never come back to this restaurant. It seems others have had good experiences there, but it is poorly run, the service is awful, and whatever food they did have for us to try was frankly, gross.
