Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Owego

Wendy's food it just that and the food is not terrible but somewhere they have lost the customer service side of a restaurant. The front counter was cussing loudly about her day or life in front of children that were waiting to order, no care at all about actually doing her job! What is even worse is there was a manager (I belive due to the different uniform) that was also involved with the cussing and conversation with no care who was standing there waiting. The patrons of the restaurant are what pays the bills and the checks at some point you would think that they should care about providing customer service and stop treating guest like garbage. Train properly, hold all employees (including management) to a higher level and stop accepting behaviors that inappropriate especially around children! Folks there is a choice where to go and if you continue to treat guests poorly the choices get more limited and your business will suffer. Hope you have a...

5/19/2023- I go through the drive thru, order my food and have to wait 10 minutes at the window for them to complete my order. After 10 min they give me the bag with my orders in it, I check the bag to make sure it includes what I believe to be the things I ordered. The amount and sizes seemed right so off I went to drive 30 minutes home to relax and eat. Upon opening the bag of food i ordered I was extremely irritated. I had ordered a Triple Bacanotor no tomoato and a Dave's single no cheese or lettuce. I got a double cheeseburger that was cold. Not lukewarm, but cooked and refrigerator cool. The Dave's single had cheese and lettuce but nothing else. Not what I ordered and most certainly not what I paid $$ for. So I wait in a 2 car line, for one 3 minute song. Get to the order screen and am told , "I'll be with you shortly..., 8 minutes later I place my order, all seems good. Get to window, guy in front of me is still waiting for their order. Wait another 4 minutes to pull forward, and wait again another 5 minutes. Pay Get food another 3 minutes waited. Fries are not crispy just soggy. Can't help but wonder is my burger still FROZEN inside, has it been fully cooked. Edit 4/22/2023: so I go to Wendy's at 1pm to get 2 Cobb salads for lunch. Pull up in line 3 cars ahead of me, guy in front of me leaves, I wait 5 minutes to order, wait another 5 minutes to get my food....
