Mr. Owner, I am 72 years old and as far as I know this country still has freedom of speech. I spoke the truth and nothing but the truth. I ordered chocolate rugelach from your company last week for my sons birthday. I bought him 2 boxes and some cookies for my husband . My order was above S/H and therefore it was free. My son received raspberry instead of chocolate. He did not like them so he gave them to his daughters. I called today to see what they could do for me. They told me I would have to order again and pay S/H but they would not replace them. Not the whole order but just the rugelach. Why would I order them again, pay for them again and pay for S/H? I e-mailed rather than called because at the bottom of your order confirmation it says any questions please reply to this or e-mail the address I sent my concerns to.
I did not leave a special message in the order however usually when someone pays for expedited shipping that costs $13 more than standard it is because it is needed at a certain date.
