TL;DR: Flavor-infused pizza, wings, and a whole lot more. Located adjacent to a busy street and nestled behind a seasonal ice spot, TPH has a modern interior with two tables and a traditional pizza counter with their amazing pies on display for customers to agony over. I started with a slice of Caribbean Queen and one of their Not Knots which is served with a cup of marinara for dipping. The pizza dough was perfect, soft with doughy pockets and areas of crispness. There was a great mixture of sweet and salty thanks to the combination jerk chicken, bbq sauce, and plantains, pineapple. Yes, on a pizza. To wash it all down I tried a bottle of the slightly sweet iced tea. Normally I prefer my beverages sweeter, but the sweetness of the toppings balanced it out. It also worked to my advantage because I couldn’t help myself and ordered Dem Wings, which brought a bowl of sticky sweet heat. Honestly the gochujang sauce could be bottled and sold separately. It’s that good. I expected six wings but received eight. I asked the owner why and he said that they normally receive larger wings from the supplier and added two extra to make up for their smaller size. Solid move. There’s several other items on the menu that I need to try (Banana Pudding!), so I’ll definitely be back.

Stopped by for lunch. I really wasn't expecting much because of the turnover at the location and there's a lot of basic pizza around but, wow, was I wrong. I had a short rib and collard greens slice and it was off the charts. The meat was tender and delicious and there was plenty of it on the slice. The greens were charred nicely and the tips of the pieces had a little crisp to them. The crust, my goodness. The crust may be the best pizza crust I've ever had. It was a really big crust but it was light and airy yet crispy at the same time. Looking forward to trying more at The Pie Hole.

The freshness speaks volumes. One of the things that sets apart the ok and great pizza places in LI is quality. Really creative flavors; not overwhelmed with salt and really fresh/quality ingredients. Crust has great flavor. They have traditional and pepperoni for the traditionalist but do yourself a favor and try something new. The flavor combos are very creative. Will definitely be back to try their other foods as well.

Went to try "something different " on a slice . In a word , "AMAZING " . I had a slice of their jerk chicken pizza and a slice of the piri pirii shrimp pizza . To use a current term , "OMG" ! Both were insanely delish . . The add on sauces were a perfect compliment to the slices . Both were delish cold and heated . The dough had flavor I never tasted before in a pizza slice . Usually its bland . . . . NOT HERE . Airy , tender , even the oven charred parts had flavorful notes in them . The choice of cheeses used were wonderful . The chicken was fresh , the shrimp were cooked to (in my opinion) as they should be . Through and through but still have bounce to the tooth . More to try another night . . Maybe for lunch on the road ... Looking forward to another Bynum treat there . For desert , go to the front of the building and have an Italian Ice . Perfection.

unfortunately this pizzaria has closed . . . it [ hopefully ] will be relocating within the Village of Farmingdale within one of the local...

My family and I visited yesterday and the food was amazing. We ordered a couple oxtail slices, Jack Harlow slice, t pain slice, the blueprint and the grandma slice and the zeppoles. Each slice was fire the oxtail and Jack Harlow are tied for my favorite slice, with the t pain slice coming in 2nd really good as well. The dough is amazing light and crispy. The service was on point I apologize for not remembering the staff member name but she was great, and the ambiance was laid and chill we had our young daughters there and a song with some curse words came on without saying anything the staff changed it which I thought was really cool. Only "negative" thing i can say is I'm upset we missed out on trying the fried chicken and the wings but this will be more of a reason to pull up and support this brother. Definitely will be including this place into our weekly rotation. Shout out to chef Marc keep inspiring...
