The Empanada Spot — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

The problem I have with every empanada place is that you’re paying three dollars per empanada, and when you bite into it, it’s filled with mostly air and a little bit of meat. At The Empanada Spot, ITS THE EXACT OPPOSITE!!

We ordered from here for the first time yesterday and were very impressed. Not only were the empanadas delicious, but they were filled completely, and the outside was cooked to a perfect crisp. I also met Danny,, who I believe is the owner, And had a great conversation where I found out he is also a local Farmingdale resident with a young family and is a really nice guy!

WOW!! My office ordered from here as we heard some greats things. Since we had 13 people ordering they took the time to write everyone’s name of the boxes so there would be no mix ups…thank you Pete and Sal for doing that. Now for the food, let’s just say AMAZING, flavorful and the portion size were perfect. The food came hot and the fried meals were still crispy (big plus). What a great concept on how each meal was made and packed. From the fried lasagna, the Bombs, fried pizza and all the pasta dishes everything was delicious. This new place is a must try!! We work 2 blocks away and we have been seeing tons of reviews about this place, so today we acted on it!!! We order at 8am on Uber eats, cause on a Saturday at the salon it's way to busy to leave and order and pick up! The delivery was promp and the EMPANADAS WERE FIREEEEEEEE!!!! So so delicious!!!
