Can't get any better for a takeout place. The upside down brooklyn slice looked heavy but was surprisingly light, airy, and crispy. Pete shared his pizza science --- three-day fermented dough and in and out of the oven three times to get the perfect consistency. Fantastic all around. The eggplant stack? I think that's what it's called, is excellent --- light & crispy, not soggy.

You walk in, and the place is immaculately clean. Absolutely spotless. The guys behind the counter were very friendly. The food is amazing to say the least. I got several different empanadas, and they were all delicious. Everything was clean, labeled, organized; which made it easy to distribute amongst my guests

Love this place . Love the Fritto bombs! They said they get addictive and they are! We got 4 of each flavor last time . Halepino is my favorite 😍!! We are going to try the pasta soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The problem I have with every empanada place is that you’re paying three dollars per empanada, and when you bite into it, it’s filled with mostly air and a little bit of meat. At The Empanada Spot, ITS THE EXACT OPPOSITE!!

We ordered from here for the first time yesterday and were very impressed. Not only were the empanadas delicious, but they were filled completely, and the outside was cooked to a perfect crisp. I also met Danny,, who I believe is the owner, And had a great conversation where I found out he is also a local Farmingdale resident with a young family and is a really nice guy!

This place is clean, the people are great, and the food is delicious. We will absolutely be supporting this place and eating from here regularly, and I...

WOW!! My office ordered from here as we heard some greats things. Since we had 13 people ordering they took the time to write everyone’s name of the boxes so there would be no mix ups
thank you Pete and Sal for doing that. Now for the food, let’s just say AMAZING, flavorful and the portion size were perfect. The food came hot and the fried meals were still crispy (big plus). What a great concept on how each meal was made and packed. From the fried lasagna, the Bombs, fried pizza and all the pasta dishes everything was delicious. This new place is a must try!! We work 2 blocks away and we have been seeing tons of reviews about this place, so today we acted on it!!! We order at 8am on Uber eats, cause on a Saturday at the salon it's way to busy to leave and order and pick up! The delivery was promp and the EMPANADAS WERE FIREEEEEEEE!!!! So so delicious!!! We had corn ones filled with beef, flour ones filled with chicken, then a cheeseburger one and a Philly cheese steak one, and a chicharron !!
