Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

This franchise is the worst run Carvel I’ve ever been to in my life. I had a digital coupon for a one scoop birthday coupon and they would not honor it. I’m fighting with the staff there about it, and they were cursing back-and-forth in front of everybody. I had a pre-pay for my ice cream before I ordered it because they said I was going to run away with my 3 year old in my arms. This is unacceptable. The three people that were working today 7/30 should be fired. The owner of the franchise should be embarrassed on the staff asking me to go home and print out the email to submit to them. Very delicious ice cream and very friendly staff! Great menu with tons of amazing mouth-watering options. The calorie count is listed by everything. They offer soft serve in vanilla, chocolate, swirl, pistachio and cold brew flavors. They have 3 tables for sitting and freezers full of pre-made ice cream cakes, many of which you can print pictures onto. Everyone knows carvel cakes make the best ice cream cakes.
