Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

My pizza from this store is never hot, always slightly overcooked, and it never has the extra cheese I order. This is the only location this happens with. Two nights ago the driver took forever, he called me and kept me on the phone with him directing him bc he couldn't find my house. He typed in the wrong address and he wouldn't listen to me, not to anything I said. He wouldn't even speak unless I asked him if he were still on the phone or asked him where he was, and he didn't even seem to know. It took him almost an hour to deliver and I live 6 minutes away from the store. Tonight I placed an order and it was midnight when he arrived. I placed specific instructions for contact less delivery to place the food on porch in front of door. I left the tip on the card. He knocked on my front door at midnight and everyone in my house is sleeping. I don't pay rent. I was taken in as I had nowhere else to live. This driver could have gotten me kicked out. Maybe thats dramatic but it's a fear of mine. What if I had a young child or baby here sleeping. Shouldn't he know better than to knock on the door at midnight. This place has been very dissipating every single time I order from them. I think I'm done with them. I wish I could give them 0 stars as well. Hope that helps people understand not to go to the Farmingdale location on Main St. Go to Massapequa on Broadway, or Lindenhurst on Sunrise highway. Always great at those locations. I'm done...

Every single delivery person does NOT understand the concept of a buzzer. RIIIIIING (most annoying sound, ever). "Just a minute" RIIIIIIIINGG (trying to put on shoes). RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG "I SAID, JUST A MINUTE."

This review is mainly based on my experience TODAY 9/21/2024 with Melanie a staff member of this branch. I order from this establishment regularly (because of my children) Never had a problem I am familiar with most delivery drivers who I always tip. I received my order but they brought me one item that I didn’t order instead of my cinnamon bread twists. Upon calling the store I spoke with Melanie who I assume got upset that I wanted the cinnamon bread twist that I INITIALLY ordered and paid for instead of the item they sent me. She was very hostile and even clicked on me before I finished my sentence. I can deal with someone giving me an attitude I mean I can only imagine how much goes into working in the fast food industry but what I CAN’T handle is people playing with my food or money this is what I received as cinnamon bread...
