I was not happy with Duncan today accidentally somehow are you ordered for drinks too large and two medium when I went to pick them up I told the people that I accidentally what is the extra two large that I did not want them they said to me there's nothing they can do because they do not know how to do Returns on the register that's a shame that they have people working there that I cannot use the register and don't know how to do a return of somebody's money when they make a mistake people are human and sometimes make mistakes and when you have a business the people running it should know how to fix those mistakes that people make I had to get online explain the problem to see if I can get a refund on the extra two drinks that I did not take but left it there it's just a shame that I've had many problems sick this Dunkin Donuts this is not the first if you do go there try not to make a mistake cuz they don't know how to fix...

They need to train the people there better if they are going to be at the cash register. What’s the point of me spending money to get points and use the app and redeem offers if their employees don’t know anything about their system. Literally worst experience ever, made me late to work, line started getting long, I was getting yelled at. You would expect more people to be working in the morning rush hour. This dunkin in Plainview next to Lidl shopping center is the worse lately. On sunday mornings its the worse service. There is one young girl with long hair in a braid that the past 2 weeks I have witnessed her give customers an attitude. She messes up everyones order. The older lady in front of me had the wrong coffee and this girl behind the counter gave her such an attitude that I felt so bad for this lady. I will no longer come back to this location.
