Catch the Wave — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

I give this place a 3... Frozen yogurt and toppings were delicious but unfortunately customer service was not on my side. The girl adding my toppings must have misheard when i said "one rainbow cookie" and she gives me strawberry boba... I said thats not what i said and she looks at me and says , "oh.. sorry, anything else". Wow! Is she not aware the charge is by weight? I didnt even ask for that! There was no offer to have it remade at all. Apart from that, i continued to say ONE rainbow cookie four times and she added 5 rainbow cookies... I was very upset at this point and just decided to take what i got and leave. I ended up spending $11 on one frozen yogurt... Very disappointed (Ps i was speaking loud and clear, i dont understand how she heard...

Came to this place on 03/21/21 at around 7:30 pm and purchased 2 cups of frozen yogurt that totaled about $30. We thought it was a bit high so we waited a bit to see how much the next customer paid and as we suspected, the very rude cashier rang us up twice for one of the cups. When I politely mentioned to her that we had been double charged, she asked for a receipt however one was never given nor offered to us. I told her this and her was response (with a nasty attitude) was “well I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. Very unprofessional and rude, won’t be coming back or recommending this...

Place is nice and clean. Lots of options and choices. Very poor management with social distancing during this pandemic. I love to come here very often for dessert but also wants the owner to take notice about customer overcrowding the place.
