Francesco's Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I ordered the grilled salmon which comes with steamed or sautéed vegetables. I got sautéed. It is under the entrees category of the menu. It says all entrees come with pasta and bread, or side salad. I decided I’ll get the rigatoni with garlic and oil. When I placed my order the guy kept saying that because it comes with vegetables, it doesn’t come with pasta. The problem is it doesn’t emphasize that on the menu so how is anyone supposed to know. I got into an argument with the guy and the guy ended up letting us get the pasta for no additional charge. What bothers me is that there is very poor management and the menu isn’t very clear. When I came home and received the food everything was correct and everything was delicious. Hopefully if I return, I won’t run into a problem...

I love this pizzeria! There food is amazing! Most pizzerias have horrible sauce and weird tasting cheese but not here! I love the variety of different pies they have and toppings. I have tried a few things on the menu but my favorites are the entrees. They come with good portions and always accommodate my picky needs. A big thing that stood out to me was their customer service! Everyone from the counter staff to the helpers and owner are so welcoming, even their delivery man. The girl in the front Cynthia is a sweetheart! Every time I walk in she helps me out and knows my name (since I been there a trillion times) lol I will continue to recommend Francesco's...

Five full stars for a standout new establishment in the post-covid world.

No seating arrangements. Corner to corner clean like a whistle. Clean design. Evokes confidence, shows that the business cares about health and safety in the new world.

We went for their family meal option - Chicken Francese, Penne ala Vodka, house salad, and extra garlic bread. Absolutely loved the freshly prepared food prepared to perfection at a very competitive price point.
