First off, it's based out of Chili's, so the directions are right and you've arrived at the right place. Second, if you've ever had Chili's wings, that's what you're starting out with. But they've got their own sauces that are different from Chili's and are pretty good. The apple bbq is a good blend, the honey sriracha grew on me through the meal, and the southwest cilantro sauce was nice too. If call them all a slight upgrade to what you'd find at Buffalo Wild Wings, and new and different enough to make me want to come back.
But 2 stars were taken off for the service aspect. Wings that were supposed to be ready in under 20 took 45 minutes, with me sitting at the pick up spot for 25 minutes before calling the parent company who put me in touch with the restaurant, after which they came right out with my food. Nothing was labeled so not sure if we had the rite flavors one of the garlic parm wigs had a very lemon flavor thinking I did not have the rite ones. French fries were in sealed boxes with the wings even tho there is a pin hole it does nothing and the fries come out limp and soggy. Wings were cold by time I got home. And they were salted perfectly. The food came out quickly and hot. The staff was very polite with smiles all around.
