KFC — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My friends and I went to kfc in Jericho on 11/17/18 at 7pm and the girl who "tried" to take our order from the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude. We asked for a #8 $5 fill up and she asked us if we wanted crispy, original or grilled. We were confused because the #8 was supposed to be a famous popcorn bowl and so we asked her if she had the correct order. She gave us a nasty attitude and her exact words were, "well you told me #5 $5 fill up so maybe next time you should double check with what you want BEFORE you order now shouldnt you?". Before we could even answer another guy worker apologized and proceeded to take our order. When we drove up to the window we asked for the girls name and the guy just smiled, said have a nice day and closed the window on us. I normally dont write yelp reviews but management really needs to fire this girl and she should never be allowed to work in the food industry or anywhere that involves customer...

I was in the area and saw the KFC sign and decided to give it try. I came in to pick up a schedule order at 10:35 am. The lady at the drive through was not in a good mood for whatever reason. Nobody answered me at the speaker. So, I proceeded to the window.

Once at the window, the lady with the microphone gave me a weird attitude from the start. I told her that I was here to pick up a mobile order, and told her the name on the order.

She then proceeded to close the window. I think that they just started to make the order when I arrived because it took a while.

What bothered me was that I thought that I order a large drink, and fries with the combo. Apparently, I didn’t.

When I told her that I ordered a large drink. She told me. No, and closed the window in my face.

Look, don’t work in customer service if you don’t like dealing with the public.

Came here to pick up an order.. never got the order. This places closes at 12 AM. 10:30 inside. Okay cool. No one was inside when I came at 10:49. What the hell?! Two cars parked. I know it’s workers inside… the lights still on and the front doors still locked. Anyways I’m waiting. I honked. Ended up leaving… the reviews alone show how terrible this establishment is. I even called no pick up. What are your workers doing? Hiding in the back? Trying to get free money on the clock. Shit is really lame. I wish I could do zero throughout cause it’s really nothing to rate. It’s always something with this place. I took video and picture of everything. Lights even turned off in the pay area cause that’s how inactive it was .. or workers turned off the lights 🤷🏽‍♀️ you ppl make it hard to feel bad for workers in the fast food industry but at least we know...
