If I could give negative stars, I would, for the service department! I do not have experience with the sales dept. I went to this dealership the other day for the first time with my Panamera Turbo S for service and this is not my first time going to a Porsche dealership or a variety of other high end dealerships. I didn't have much of an issue with the drop off of the vehicle but when I picked the car up is when my whole experience changed! I got my paperwork and was told the car would be "right up". (keep in mind the service advisor had called me 20 minutes before to tell me the car was ready and I said I'd come right away) After 25 minutes of waiting with my 8 yr old daughter, the car finally arrived. During the 25 minute period of waiting for the car, my service advisor Chris Grant walked by me several times and did not say a word, as if waiting 25 minutes for a dealership that literally had not one person other then me in service waiting or dropping off was normal! I proceeded to be patient but thinking in my head " this is very strange". The car finally comes up filthy and unwashed on a sunny day! The guy who brought it up said "do you want the car washed, it will be another 10-15 min?" i said yes. Another 15-20 minutes goes by and the car finally comes up washed. It was pulled outside, the service advisor backs it up, hands me the keys and walks away. Now i get in the car and the vehicle manuals are on the dash board, the contents of the glove compartment are between the floor and the seat and a pair of sunglasses are wedged between the seat and the door sill. (they had to remove the stuff from the glove compartment to do the repair but never put anything back) By now I've had it with this dealership and I was utterly amazed that this went on BUT it gets better. I get home and notice the rear bumper corner now has a cracked reflector, scratches on it, spider webbing in the paint on the corner, which 190% was not there and looks freshly half a-- buffed out. SO my assumption is the car took so long to arrive because whomever was driving it, backed into something and had to quickly try to buff it best as can be but its totally noticeable. I don't even know what to do about this now. Then the next day my service advisor Chris Grant sends me an email and text to make sure when I get the Porsche survey I give them all 5 stars. I emailed him back telling him I will not and about my experience and never heard a word back from him. F minus customer service from the second I got there. I will never return there and advise anyone who wants their car to be treated with care to go to Huntington or Porsche South Shore...

Both of these gentleman and the entire team at Porsche Gold Coast were phenomenal in selling me the car of my dreams. But the experience did not end after you drive off the dealer that morning, I got phone calls from John asking me if I made it OK to DC and giving me directions of how to get there. Great human beings who love what they do, and trust me when I say actions speak louder than words.
Fast forward three months and I start having the first couple of issues been a first time Porsche owner:
A video of the car which is the first thing sent to me which literally was all I needed to make a decision. I badly wanted the video but it turned out they did not have the video to send me, since it was posted on the youtube site. They ensured numerous times to see if they had it stored in their systems but they did not, so they went out of their way not only to give me the URL site but to download the video and send it to me via text. Evan during the Thanksgiving holiday told me that as soon as he got back I would have it, and voila, he delivered!
Having bought a car registered in NY, once you take the front plate out you have the heart breaking holes from drilling... so living in a state where you don't need a front plate, bumper plugs are the way to go. Evan gave me the best site for bumper plugs and then John followed up with the owner to ensure they were the right ones. I just drove the dealer here in NC, and John was the first to call to ask how the car looked. Is this business or family? you tell me.. Look at the pics attached.
Last week, the rear tire had the pressure drop to 29 and so I call John and he immediately called me back telling me to put air on the tires, he even told me that you can add and remove air...I know I sound pathetic...And today he just asked how the tire was and all of that.
BEST EXPERIENCE DOING BUSINESS AND BEYOND. REALLY DONT LOOK FURTHER, IF YOU WANT TO BUY YOUR NEXT PORSCHE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. AND OF COURSE ASK FOR JOHN.
