I’ve given this place more chances than I should have, but every visit seems to leave me disappointed. The sandwiches, which should be the star of any sandwich shop, are consistently subpar. The bread is never fresh, and the fillings are drowned in an overabundance of condiments, making it hard to taste anything other than sauce. It’s clear they’re not putting much thought into the balance of flavors, and every bite feels like a letdown.

The soups, which I hoped would offer some redeeming qualities, are equally underwhelming. They lack any real flavor depth, often tasting more like watered-down broth than a comforting, well-seasoned dish.

But what really seals the deal for me is the environment. The lunch staff, particularly one gentleman behind the counter, makes the entire experience uncomfortable. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, there’s an awkward tension, as this employee taunts customers with inappropriate, sexual comments. It’s not just unprofessional; it’s downright inappropriate. No one should have to feel uneasy or disrespected while trying to enjoy a meal.

You can forgive a bad sandwich, but when the staff makes customers feel uncomfortable or unsafe, that’s a line that can’t be crossed. Until management addresses these issues, I won’t be returning. It’s a shame because the potential is there, but the overall experience leaves much...

I went there a random Friday morning just trying to order a simple breakfast sandwich and I pretty much had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. There were at least five workers working behind the counter that day and I was one of two customers, the four workers who were unoccupied, just kept walking back-and-forth and joking, and laughing and looking at me without even saying a simple greeting. I basically stood around for 15 minutes, with no acknowledgment. A random woman walks into the store, walk straight to the front and they immediately help her. I will never ever in my life even I was starving to death ever come back to this horrendous place. I’d rather drive 30 minutes into the next town and order breakfast from somewhere else food wise sadly I didn’t get to try anything but it looked like any...

The staff is unprofessional & terrifying. I made an order over the phone and didn’t pick it up fast enough, so they assumed I was never going to come. A man called me multiple times and texted me accusing me of having called in orders before & not pick them up. However, I’ve never been here before.

Why do you think it’s okay to harass people? Why do you think it’s okay to call people and yell at them? He also threatened that I couldn’t return to this deli. NEWS FLASH: You’re not the only deli on Long Island. I will happily go elsewhere. Don’t harass people over $15 orders.
