Redefine Meals — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

So happy I found this company! I was using a different meal prep company for a few months and was getting so tired of the same 20 or so dishes on their menu. I googled some other options and found Redefine in Syosset- only a few minutes from my house. They have over 60+ options (probably more!). I placed my first order online to pick up, and was blown away by how nice the store is! They have all the meals in the fridges, plus protein cookies, protein muffins (which are AMAZING), overnight oats, frozen options (meals, plus ice creams, waffles, cauliflower pizzas that they make, etc.) and then a whole bunch of other healthy options in the back (non-refrigerated). After I saw all that, I started to just go in person to pick out what I wanted, rather than order ahead. But they do offer delivery to your house and pick up to any one of their store fronts too!

Every single meal I've had from them so far has been delicious. My favorites are the greek grilled chicken, general tsos chicken, chicken filet sandwich, spinach mozzarella chicken quesadilla, baked chicken parm and definitely the chicken bacon ranch Mac & cheese. All of the dishes are around 500 calories or under, with a significant amount of protein. The protein muffins are so good- birthday cake is my favorite flavor. The people that work here are always nice, helpful and accommodating. The protein muffins were not delivered to Syosset the other day and they actually offered to bring them to my house instead. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and you get a discount if you buy a certain amount of meals. Highly, highly, recommend...

I’m so happy I found Redefine! I’ve used meal prep companies for a few years now, both local and not. The previous place I used left much to be desired and had a lot of inconsistencies with portions from week to week, so I began my search for somewhere else. I decided to give Redefine a try, and now there’s no looking back. The meals are filling, amazing quality, and always fresh. There are so many options that it’s hard for me to pick which ones to get each week, and there’s a ton I still haven’t tried. It’s not useful in my case, but I also love that the store has a microwave for people on the go in the area that come in to grab a meal. I got the meatball penne vodka, and the broccoli was expired and moldy after two days- half of it was black. I had to throw the entire thing away. I also ordered two of their smash burgers. Both of them were excellent and tasty- however, only ONE of them came with lettuce and organic ketchup (which I thought was amazing). The second one came with no lettuce and regular ketchup. To most people this might be minor, but isn't the whole point of meal prep to be consistent with your macros? Their steak burrito, however, was very delicious. I would definitely order that again.
