I wanted to share some quick feedback about my experience this morning. I ordered oatmeal with âeverything,â and the person taking my order responded in a way that felt rude and unnecessarily harshâpractically yelling at me for not specifying what âeverythingâ meant.
As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. If clarification is needed, it should be asked politely. Itâs the responsibility of the person taking the order to guide the interaction, not to make customers feel like theyâve done something wrong.
I hope this can be addressed, as experiences like this leave a negative impressionâespecially first thing in the morning.

You could taste the cleanliness of the bar and it boosted the flavor of not just the blonde shots but also for it being ristretto. The RTD was fully stocked even after 3 hours of being open. Each role was filled and deployment was in full effect. The entire customer experience would make any Manager, DM, or Regional Manager proud.
