I wanted to share some quick feedback about my experience this morning. I ordered oatmeal with “everything,” and the person taking my order responded in a way that felt rude and unnecessarily harsh—practically yelling at me for not specifying what “everything” meant.
As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. If clarification is needed, it should be asked politely. It’s the responsibility of the person taking the order to guide the interaction, not to make customers feel like they’ve done something wrong.
I hope this can be addressed, as experiences like this leave a negative impression—especially first thing in the morning.

You could taste the cleanliness of the bar and it boosted the flavor of not just the blonde shots but also for it being ristretto. The RTD was fully stocked even after 3 hours of being open. Each role was filled and deployment was in full effect. The entire customer experience would make any Manager, DM, or Regional Manager proud.
