As having worked at a different subway location in the past, this location deserves 0 stars. Whenever I order from this location whether its online or in person, the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. My previous order was for turkey & pepperoni, toasted. I got turkey & uncooked BACON. I did a contact us on the website, then had to follow up over a month later & finally got a response. They sent my message to the manager of this location and the email I received looked like it was copied and pasted from whatever they have pre-written & offered me a free replacement. Why would anyone want to go back to a location that has rude staff who makes errors so often that they're either not caring at all or theyre trying to mess orders up? Maybe my expectations are too high because the Subway I used to work at had staff that actually cared about the food & customers. I have meat allergies. Pepperoni does not affect me, but bacon does. I could not eat the sandwich at all, and had to throw it away. I should not feel like I need to inform staff of my allergies when I did not order anything I am allergic to. When a worker (whose name starts with P, but will not reveal her full name at the moment) asks me for vegetables, I picked couple of them but asked for more because she only picked up one spoonful of vegetables. She then did not put guacamole for Cali Fresh, so I again reminded her that she did not put the guacamole. At the end of the order, she then gave me attitude and said in aggressive manner, “You can ONLY pick 3 vegetables like what is shown in the picture, so you can only have lettuce, spinach, and cucumber, and I did NOT forget to put guacamole!”. When I asked her that I never had this issue before, she then responded “NOW YOU KNOW” and continued to argue with me. She said it in front of many people, waiting in the line. I used subway for close to 20 years, but never heard that I can only have 3 vegetables as shown in menu picture and even if it is, that should be clearly written somewhere for customers to see. They were very unprofessional and forced me to take a substitute when they didn't have what I ordered after I wasted my time going there. The substitute smelled and tasted like nail polish remover (acetone), and made me sick and had to throw away.
If you look online, it says it's unsafe to consume something that smells like nail polish remover because of mold and yeast concerns.
Subway has not cared at all and the issue happened in February and almost 3 weeks later, neither Subway, nor the owner, nor anyone has even cared to respond and issue an immediate refund.
Do yourself a favor and go to the 5 other ones less than a mile...
