Carbone's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Parma

Ordered a pizza to go from the Hilton location. Explained I needed the smallest box I saw sitting up on a shelf next to the large boxes, so it would fit on the passenger seat of my motorcycle. The kid thought I was talking about an old radio that was sitting up there instead, and rang me up for a large! I had to rephrase my request to make sure I got the right size (boxed pizza). Paid up front and was told it would be 30min. Came back inside 30 min later, gave my name and description of medium/ pepperoni/mushroom/ lightly cooked, and he said I would be told when my order was ready. 30 more minutes went by and a dozen other customers came and went picking up their orders. I noticed a lonely medium pizza sitting on top of the oven just warming had not budged for half an hour. I finally figured it must be mine and approached the counter to suggest there must be some confusion about my order from an hour ago. The person who took my order never marked paid on my order ticket so the counter person said he was confused and had kept looking for a medium pizza marked paid. I had also given him my name which was on the order 🙄. They offered me a free drink for the long wait but I declined. Mistakes happen I thought. Got home and was ready to enjoy my delicious pizza, however it was tough, little to no sauce under cheese. Very disappointed in the product quality. I forced two slices down because I was very hungry, and threw the rest of the crap away. Wasted $20 bucks. As a 66yr old man, I find more and more these days poor food quality, and lack luster customer service is rampant all over. The prices are higher than ever now, and...

DO NOT ORDER WINGS OR PIZZA IN HILTON FROM CARBONES!!

I LOVE Carbone's but will never order from the Hilton location again! Their food has consistently gone down hill since the female manager left.

We have had wings where they forgot to put the sauce on, pizzas that were burned or undercooked, each time I've just let it go and keep giving this place chance after chance.

Tonight was the final straw!! We placed the order almost an hour before it was needed because we had to go . The pizza was barely cooked in the center and the wings were undercooked with the wrong sauce. We always order well done wings with medium sauce, tonight they were mild and still had blood close to the bone.

When I called the owner told me to bring back the food to PROVE what I was saying was correct and then he would remake it!!

Go to Dewey, North Greece, or Alden, but avoid this location at all costs....well unless you like throwing your money out...

Terrible customer service! I arrived at 8:40pm to place an order for a sub sandwich. The employees told me that they were sorry, they were closed. The posted closing time of this location is 9pm on a Friday evening. The employees rudely refused my order because they couldn’t be bothered to prepare a sub so close to closing time.

I advised the employees that they might as well turn off the “Open” sign as they apparently don’t care to sell the products their establishment produces.

This was my last visit to Carbone’s

(Edit: July 18th, 2023: Although this business is within walking distance of my home, I’ve still not placed another order since my poor experience mentioned earlier. The village of Hilton has several other options for pizza and subs, I highly encourage you to try them and...
