Terrible service, I ordered a pizza on 11/19 at 5:20 and was told it would be delivered in 45 min to an hour. It was a Friday night so I gave it the hour. Tried calling back at 6:30 and got no answer. I decided to drive to Pontillos since I didn't get anywhere on the phone. I arrived about 6:45 and was told the driver would be at my house any minute. I drove back home and my wife said that it still didn't arrive. So I called back at 7pm and finally got an answer. The lady on the other end of the phone told me my pizza is on its way. Its been and hour and a half, So I canceled it. The woman on the other end of the phone said she would contact the driver and tell him not to deliver it. The pizzas were burned on the bottom and the wings were overdone -hard, crunchy and literally no sauce. After spending over$ 100 including tip, I called and asked to speak with someone in charge. I explained my situation and was told he could remake but at this point I had a house full of people including kids who were hungry and was not going to wait another 30-40 minutes.
