Tasty Treat of Lockport — Restaurant in Town of Pendleton

So very disappointed....I have come to Tasty Treat since I was a young girl and my experience there just now has decided for me that my family and I will no longer visit your establishment. The last handful of visits have been the same.....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Being passed over in line, workers waving us to move to the side so that customers who showed up after us could have their order taken before us, workers there too busy checking their phones and chatting it up with one another to be bothered by putting customers first. The money customers spend there helps to pay the paycheck those workers get at the end of the week. If they keep chasing off customers like they did this evening....sadly...Tasty Treat will be just a thing of the past. So so very...

Prior owners were much much better when it came to service and orders. We used to go here 2 to 3 times a week, and now we go maybe 2 to 3 times a year. Most of the staff are kids with phones in their hands instead of food. The location of this place is the only reason it's surviving. There are lots of great places in lockport for ice cream, but unfortunately, it's off the beaten path. I would not recommend going here. Tables are dirty, portions that are small compared to others. One more thing is that this is an extremely dangerous location as well. NO protection between fast moving traffic and customers waiting in line. Sry to say that someday there will be a terrible...

This place is set up for covid compliant efficiency. Depending on where you park that will determine how much walking you have to do to get to the window to order. No big deal. It gives one a chance to look at the menu. Frey's Tasty Treat has regular Dairy (and non-dairy ice cream for those who are lactose intolerant like myself). I appreciate that they use the local Perry's brand ice cream. Expect to see on the menu all the things you would normally see at a popular ice cream stand.
