After having this company infiltrate my daughters daycare at an additional cost of 5 dollars a week, I was told by my wife there was going to be a recital. Well it was more of a 25 dollar money grab per student and no more. ,a hundred children and 200 parents showed up to a scene of chaos, nobody to greet or give direction of any kind whatsoever.The children or parents were given no imformation before or during any portion. what should have been a good opportunity to showcase this places activities turned out to be a disaster and a giant waste of time, Every child had a turn at walking down a balancing beam and then 10 seconds of trampoline bouncing each. Oh then a medal before being shown the door. last coin this place will get from me. Was excited to see my daughters first "recital" . Instead I feel as if my family has been stolen from by gypsies. Just had my daughters birthday party there and was extremely disappointed. The staff were very rude, 2 adult employees were fighting while the party was going on, I was asked to not sit on a mat while taking pictures at my own child's party. I was under the impression the children would be playing for an hour, but basically they sat until it was their turn to participate. I was also told plates and napkins would be provided for pizza, yet none were brought in and they wanted to use our cake plates until I questioned why there weren't plates for pizza when they told me those would be provided.
