Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

As of 10/2/24, I would advise not to go to this location. The level of service has plumented. It took 10 minutes before I was greeted at the window to take my payment. A total of 15 minutes to get two Whoppers at the drive-thru. I had beeped twice at the window just trying to get someone's attention. The employee finally came over and stated that there was only 2 people working. Honestly, this is an old story. There used to be alot of people working here but overtime with mismanagement they left. _----------------------------------------

As of 9.23.22, you need to double check your food order to make sure all your toppings are there. Service is slipping, improvement is needed.

Now I always give places the benefit of the doubt but the way they mess up orders here is crazy, every time I've gone here they have somehow messed something up, it's become like a game to me. Today I asked for an 8 piece nugget with a large fry. The guy asked me if I wanted to add on 2 cookies for $1, I said sure. He then asked me if I wanted to donate $1 for something, I said no (sorry). He reads me back my order to confirm. What I got was a large fry with 6 nuggets (not that big a deal) and no cookies + I gave a $1 donation. Last time I was here about a year ago they forgot my mozzarella sticks and my drink (but I could at least remind them of the drink while I was at the window). We were here on the morning of the Grand Opening celebration, around 0900. Not a great experience. The gentleman who was working the drive-thru was very kind; the food was as good as any other Burger King. We went through the drive-thru with five people. The person ahead of us was asked to pull ahead and wait for their order. We were also asked to wait for our order. The car behind us was asked to wait. The driveway narrows right after the second window for the drive-thru so if you have to wait, you might as well find a parking spot. The fact that we had to wait fifteen minutes for our food and then the confusion with the pulling ahead to wait, was most unpleasant.
