If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I went through the drive thru to get a shamrock shake and some food since they just made a comeback in time for St Patrick’s day. I had probably about 10 sips of the shamrock shake and then gave it to my fiancé to have the rest. As he was drinking he said he felt something weird in his mouth, he reached his finger in his mouth to see what it was and it was what looks like either a acrylic nail from someone or nail polish. I called to say something and the only thing they’d offer was a refund for the shake or a replacement one. At this point obviously he didn’t want a new one and we were so disgusted we don’t even feel like eating our food now. The point is it’s absolutely disgusting and to make matters worse, they didn’t even give us a receipt so we have no proof of anything besides pictures I took of the shamrock shake and the nail or whatever it is that was in the shamrock shake. We’re so disgusted and will never be back to this location. Making sure to call the health department too so hopefully nobody else gets sick. I always pull up 10 ft to check my order because usually it’s wrong and sure enough it is. So I pull back into the drive thru for a second time... said you gave me chicken not a burger. So they give me my second bag to go. I pull up 10 ft again to check my order. Now this time it’s a burger with everything on it (onions, ketchup, mustard, tomato). So I pull into the drive thru for a third time and say- For the third time in 2 minutes I would a burger with cheese (a cheeseburger(?) I guess that’s hard to figure out) with lettuce only. Cheese, lettuce, burger and bun. That’s it. And after 3 attempts they were successfully able to put 4 items together to make a cheeseburger with lettuce only. Read moreShould have know better. My husband made a surprise breakfast stop weeks ago heading home from Wegmans. We live 25 minutes away and when he called to report it - the female manager said we had to bring the sandwiches back to price inaccuracy. No apology. He explained our distance. She said that’s the policy. We decided we were avoiding that location moving forward as this is not the first mistake but this time was a big one.
This evening on route home, my husband said the kids wanted McDonald’s. I changed my route and stopped in Penfield - not by choice but by route location convenience. Waited from 5:25 - 6:15pm in the drive through then directed to wait longer in front of the building. No custom requested order. It was a simple order. NO Apology for the wait.
