This review does not reflect on the hired help, this is directed at the managers and owners. The folks that work there are terrific.
Here's the issue...the drive-thru has MASSIVE pot holes that virtually swallow an entire vehicle...plan on wrecking your car if you use it. The fact that the owner leaves the back of the store in this condition, basically says to me, he doesn't appreciate or care about the customers spending their hard earned money there. If the back of the store is filled with giant pot holes and garbage everywhere...that begs to ask the question, what does the inside look like, and do you want to eat there??
In fairness, if the owner fixes this sh*thouse mess, I'll update this review to reflect it....if not, I'd stay clear....I'm not spending anymore money there!!
Ok!...here's the edit I was waiting for!

Read moreDunkin donuts always makes their coffee to your specifications and if there's anything wrong with it bill make it again and again and again until it's completely the way that you like it sometimes and every now and then one of the aristor's will make a face but you know what though working behind those counters is hard work and when they're really busy and you're frustrated and your drink is incorrect they have to make it again. But you know what the fact that they're making it again when it's busy is a plus 4 their company because they know that you'll come back because they're willing to go the extra mile for you the customer who was always right. Dunkin donuts is better coffee than Starbucks by far any day there syrup's are better their drink combos are better they have an enormous breakfast sandwich menu they're just so much better. Rock on Dunkin donuts...

I am a regular customer of my local Dunkin, and their coffee sometimes tastes stale or burnt, but at this particular locarion that I'm reviewing for today in Nelsonville, I really don't know what to say other than, "It tastes like someone poured bleach into week old espresso, microwaved it, then poured in some steamed sour milk."
I bought a latte, by the way, and it was undrinkable. I poured it out when I got home. I usually do try to steer clear of the Dunkins that are inside of or attached to gas stations, and this visit really cemented that inclination. It definitely wasn't worth the money I paid for it. I could have made a far better tasting...
