Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Town of Poughkeepsie

It was my birthday today and I wanted to share the experience with my grandson. So i drove 3 hrs from NJ to Poughkeepsie. I stayed at the table waiting for an order that never came. 40 minutes later I walked up to the cashier and asked about the order. She let me know that the server couldn't find me so he gave it to another table. I only had 90 minutes total to spend there because they had other plans today. I walked to another female server to ask for a to go box. I waited till She stopped talking to another customer. She looked at me, turned around and began walking away. I quickly spoke up and told her not to walk away from me. I clearly waited my turn. After I received a box we went to the redemption counter. Clearly these are the most miserable employees on the planet. Not a single smile, no positive interactions while any of the kids are picking out toys and I guess it's totally out of the question to maybe help more than one person at a time. The worst experience ever but if I could end this on a positive note...the pizza was good and the games were cute. I wish I would have known the server couldn't identify number 81 cuz then I would have just played games instead of trying to save a table. Management is responsible for this epic failure. I would fire everyone...

The service here sucks! The place is dirty! The serving of food for a large platter is ridiculous! The cook preparing the food was dirty and was so proud to say he prepared the food. I had to look him up and down twice and yes I took a picture of his pants so y'all could see what I'm talking about 😑😌 my friends and I came home with belly aches it was no joke but no surprise there. The manager just loaf around and the workers don't seem to give a fly about their jobs either. There were napkins and stuff all over the floor and I watched as everybody just passed them by! I told the manager to send someone in the bathroom to clean up and I went back and the trash was still over flowing after they claim to clean up🤔 I suppose cleaning up takes place when they are near closing since that's when someone tried to sweep the floor and clean tables. The trash can to entrance was over flowing.

I am very touchy when it comes to customer service and a place that prepares food, especially you dealing with kids. My first time there. Probably not my last since my daughter loves there so much but I will definitely be avoiding this location! If the fish rots from the head chances are the whole fish will be no good. Work...

If I could give this chuck E. Cheese -0 that is what I give. The customer service is the worst even in all my years being a member of chuck e cheese. The cashier didn't know what she was doing. I ordered the combo #3 why did I get charged for every item as separate order large pizza large wings it took 50 minutes to complete my orders. I them wanted to use my app for a 30 minute free play I also was charged for it. The worst. The grab a ball was defected when the ball was moving back to be released for the prize the wire kept hitting the glass the dropped the ball. The girl that was letting people in said that is what it supposed to do. We play this all the time and never have I seen this. I could go on and on but this is the worst place u have ever been to.
