Was told By an Male Employee here Not to come Back , After an Dispute On A Mistake on Their Part.. When We Ordered Food We Clearly Said No Onions/No vegetables , Upon Receiving The Food Everything Had Onions and Vegetables .. The Only Thing That didn't have Onions/Vegetables was the White Rice ..

So When We Got our refund The Gentleman Said Don't come Back .. #WorstCustomerService

Update : The Phone Call was Actually Recorded Because We Used Our Business Phone To Order The food.. We Played Back The audio And we Can Actually Hear The Gentleman Confirming What we Ordered Especially The No Onions No Vegetables special Request

We don't Know Who has Responded To This Review But please Remember this one little bit of advice , please pay attention to fine details when a customer is ordering food because there is a Thing called food allergies. So when the person confirmed our order and acknowledged what we said it shouldn't have been a mistake .. that's why most companies write everything down

I had an hour and a half wait for my food. Then the person forgot my drink. They told me the person was on their way. Never came back. Told me to wait an hour. Never came. Then began to argue with me on when would give me what I already paid for, and even for upset with me over it when I expected to have it within 5 hours. We finally agreed on them getting it to me at 11:00 pm. They close then, it's past 11 and I doubt I'm ever getting what I already paid for. Total wait time for my drink has been 6 hours. A can of soda. I was never rude to them once, just wanted what I paid for. I got nothing, not even an offer of kindness for all the lies and how patience I was. I refuse to order from them again, I've been buying from them for years but honesty they'd gotten to a point of no return with how rude and nasty they are. I wish I wasn't down money from wasting my time with them. Even the delivery cost more than some areas. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and never buy from them again. Sad how after all this they win because they still have my money, and never gave me everything I ordered....

Not always the friendliest but they are consistent so if you like there food it won't change lol as of now no1 is allowed to dine or even enter building they chain door as soon as they put your bag and money on a chair which I could appreciate if they keep that chair clean also I took a photo the other day of food being cut up on a customer type table where you can sit if everything was fine (covid) but I thought of that as unsanitary but if no1 has used it and it's been cleaned properly I guess its just I think the food should be prepped in kitchen not in...
