Good food in with excellent ambience. The grain bowl was delicious and very well presented and prepared, and a healthy size portion, with delicious Catsmo Salmon. The service was over the top rude and inattentive. An hour an 15 min from the time one of us finished her appetizer until we all got our lunches. When we asked about the wait we weee met with a belligerent attitude. It was not exceptionally busy. I understand the Forbes standard of service. This was not that. I had also had dinner there two weeks prior and had a very good duck dinner and service, while my partners meal was mediocre. The prior Easter, I had brunch with a friend and we enjoyed it very much. Not a fan of dining in the restaurant in our spa robes while the public is coming into the same room to dine. A little cafe area for spa guest to dine would be preferable.

Had brunch here for the first time wirh family. There were 6 of us. We made reservations and were seated promptly. Hostess and servers were friendly and efficient. All 6 meals were very good and my 75 year old "foodie" brother in law said it was the best French toast he had ever eaten! The French toast is made with frangipane (almond paste) and brioche bread and whipped vanilla butter, fresh berries and local maple syrup. My eggs Benedict came with potatoes and salad. My wife's omlette was delicious. Highly recommend.

After a yoga class at the Mirbeau fitness studio, I had breakfast at Willow. I had the Willow breakfast. I requested soft scrambled eggs and they delivered. The eggs were delicious, the sausage had good flavor, the sourdough was perfectly buttered and toasted. The baby potatoes had a nice crispy outside. The service was exceptional, our server checked in on us several times. The only thing that was missing to make my breakfast perfect was a matcha latte, l’d love to see them offer this in the future.

We have always enjoyed Willow until last night. Although the food is always just ok, we love the space and usually the staff is more than accommodating. However, during a spotty meal with lackluster service a terrible rain storm hit We were dining Al fresco on the beautiful terrace. After a few minutes staff stepped in and unrolled plastic sheeting to protect the diners. Except for the one roll next to our table. I asked the staff to please unroll it but they walked away. Keep in mind the rain was pelting down and my table was baring the brunt of it. I asked two wait staffers on two separate occasions politely to unroll the plastic sheeting but it never happened. My husband and I were forced to do it ourselves and I got hit in the head with the metal bar that weighed the plastic down. The assistant manager then finally materialized and made weak apologies saying he was sorry that they weren’t fast enough for me. Which was said in a condescending tone. I had waited more than five minutes while getting soaked with an obvious solution. Ice was brought for my head. I requested an accident report just in case. That came in the form of a check with my name and phone number. Today, no phone call until after I called to make sure the incident was reported. Still waiting for the actual manager to make contact. Very disappointing to say the least and ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory dinner. Normally, I don’t complain but this should never...

Our meal was spectacular. First the setting outside is like something out of a movie set. Lush and green and that night the rain gently fell on the protective awning. So perfect. Then our server Michelle was a delight and helped guide us through the most interesting menu. And her partner Victor took great care of the wine and rest throughout the meal. The chef seems to be inspired by different cultures and preparations from around the world. The raw tuna with avocado and spanish sauce was a great way to begin. And then we opted for the cauliflower and carrots that were farm to table great with a special micro cilantro and a very interesting tihini sauce. But the best was yet to come in the form of an Indian flavored halibut with tumeric that was blackened and delicious and we also shared a more Italian infused spaghetti with shrimp.. All prepared perfectly and not to be outdone but the coffee and donuts which was a magical journey of white and brown chocolates and edible spoons and cups and cream that...

I was thoroughly impressed by our experience. From the moment we walked in, the comfortable cozy atmosphere was enhanced by fireplace near our table.

One standout of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Zoe, our server. Her knowledge about the menu made our dining a pleasurable experience. She was not only friendly and welcoming but also informative, providing recommendations and ensuring that all our needs were met. As for the food, both the duck and the chicken dishes we ordered were cooked to perfection. The duck was perfectly cooked and was full of flavor. While my wife thoroughly enjoyed her chicken dish. I was impressed by the timely manner in which our food was served, Overall, our experience at the restaurant was exceptional. From the cozy table by the fireplace to the impeccable service and delicious food, it was truly one of my best dining experiences. I would highly recommend Willow to anyone looking for a delightful experience. We look forward to returning soon and hopeful Zoe will...
