I brought my wife to dinner their for her 65 birthday! She ordered the Turkey Dinner and requested that they don't put gravy on it! Immediately the waitress said they can't do that,it needs the gravy for flavor so she asked that they put the gravy on the side. When the dinner came it was covered in Turkey gravy! Instead of ruining her day she accepted it and we ate and left! The waitress did not once come over to ask about our meal as she was preoccupied with talking to a young man two booths up! We’ve been going to BIRCHWOOD for over 15 years. Love the food, I never had a bad dish..ever! Also I had my 40 surprise birthday party there as well as having my daughters sweet 16. The staff and the family are great people and they have great events there...
