Riverhead Polish Independent Club — Restaurant in Town of Riverhead

Recently I attended an event being held inside and was quite dismayed that the only entrance was up the steep steps in front of the building. As someone recovering from an arm injury it would have been helpful to have another way to enter the building. Thankfully it was a dry day, and i was able to manage using the railing that was not adorned with Christmas lights. Additionally there were Scouts selling wreaths for this event and instead of having them front and center near this front stairway where they would get lots of business, they had them tucked off to the side and I didn't even know they were there except for the seeing one Scout. Beautiful hall. Would have loved to have my daughter’s graduation party there. People were rude, inconsiderate, and money hungry. Had my baby shower there and never been so annoyed in my life. Barbra and the older guy, was on my shoulder more then my guest. Money was paid in full and they still were hounding. Never again! Oh and they hacked up my baby shower cake and threw it in a pan mixed up like...

The hall is nice however the biggest issue that needs to be addressed ASAP is their lack of being handicapped inclusive/accessible. They do not have any type of ramp available for someone on a wheelchair. We went to an event at this venue and in order for my nephew to be a part of our event, our family had to carry him up and down the stairs....
