I regret to say that my experience with Antonio's Pizza has been consistently disappointing, both in terms of their food quality & their abysmal customer service. After a previous order mishap where my pizza was delivered wrong and cold, I decided to give them another chance when the manager promised me a free pizza for the inconvenience. When I called the place to order tonight 7/8/23, I explained the situation and hoped to redeem the promised free pizza. To my dismay, there was no record of the incident in their system, despite the manager assuring me that my information and the issue were noted. This lack of organization and failure to honor their word was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the manager I spoke to this time was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and attempting to rectify the situation, they dismissed my complaint and refused to provide a pizza. The customer service I received was shockingly poor and left a sour taste in my mouth. Considering my consistent negative experiences with both their food quality & customer service, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Antonio's Pizza to anyone will be doing my very best to promote them in the worst way possible. I am a disgruntled customer and will take my time in advertising the poor service I received from you. From this day forward, I will be blasting your establishment online and in person. Consider this free advertising. You can say I have nothing better do but for the next 30 days, but I will take 15 minutes a day with free negative advertising for Antonio's Pizza in Port Chester, NY. All you had to do was honor your word. Now look a Google review for something that could have been fixed in 1 hour with 1 pizza. Such a shame guys. More to come. Feel free to...
Read moreI love Antonio's Pizza. Been coming here for years. When they were on Midland Ave and I was working near them, I was always there at least once a week with orders for myself and my co-workers. They were a life saver during the pandemic. I was able to get delicious food delivered right to my door. Their salads are enormous as is the large pizza. I always have leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day. When I'm feeling sick, I order my special, 'make me feel better' calzone, that I ask them to stuff with garlic! They'll make whatever you ask for and it will be awesome. This is a local business, not one of those chain restaurants that use an assembly line to process your order. The real food taste is what Antonio's does best. The cheese is ooey and gooey. The meatballs are to die for. Besides pizza, salads and calzones, my favorites are their pasta with white clam sauce and the eggplant rollatini. On the rare occasions that I've had a problem with an order, I call them and they immediately correct it. You don't get that kind of personal attention from the chain pizza places. I highly...
Read moreThey have a four cheese pizza that has what looks like mozzarella, possibly fresh mozzarella, blue cheese maybe, and KRAFT SINGLES AMERICAN CHEESE! This is the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever eaten. There is no sauce. And nothing even remotely pizza tasting on it. Absolutely horrible. How can you serve this as a four cheese pizza. Yes it’s four cheese, but you have put the worst flavored cheese together and it doesn’t taste at all like pizza. I’m absolutely speechless. How can you serve such a terrible tasting item? It’s laughable. Kraft singles. Cheap and disgusting. I can’t even believe that someone thinks that’s okay. I wouldn’t even feed that to most people. It’s the most processed cheese ever. As bad as velveta. I wish I could...
