TO THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT PLEASE READ! I typically love love this place. I drive 45 minutes to come just for some ice cream. Just tonight was the worst experience I have ever had. My friend and I got ice cream that was frost bitten so we ask for a replacement and was told they won't give it to us. We then asked for our money back was told they won't do that as well! Poor customer service! Then we were told that we did the same thing in the summer time, which was absolutely falus! One of the workers remembered us from the summer! She said we did the same thing with strawberry ice cream. We don't even like strawberry ice cream! She saw two people of color with the same issue and assumed it was the same people. This was said in front of all the customers that kept coming in. We were told that they would call the police if we didn't leave, but yet again we did nothing wrong!!! All we wanted was the wrong to be fixed. I come to their establishment I always tip the ladies that are there because they give good service. But after tonight, Fabiola has changed my mind about this place. She disrespected us and belittled us in front of customers and told us to never come back because we are not allowed! All I wanted was some good ice cream!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I am truly saddened by this experience and I hope nobody else ever has to go through this again. They should fire Fabiola because she is wrong for what she did and God only knows how many people she has done this to! This is unacceptable!!!! She may not have respect for me but I am a person who paid which makes me a customer, which means I should be...

You can certainly take a try at this ice cream shop, especially as the options aren’t all milk/ice cream based.

It’s located right on one of the most active roads in Port Chester, so the foot traffic is good, however for drivers please note that paid street parking isn’t plenty.

Tried the Bailey’s ice cream and the tres leches and albeit they both were soft they left much to be desired. Both presented in my mouth as having only a hint of those selected flavors and really felt like classic vanilla with slight resemblance to the advertised flavor. The texture was a bit runny, so the freezer temp may need some adjusting, however, the consistency wasn’t impaired (soft & running, yes, but there were no separation/ice patches). My prime callout is the server(s) who attempted to scoop the ice cream a bit partial w which in my opinion is not ok when 2 ice creams total 15$. Perhaps, that’s due to the going rate of milk (lol), but if I order a waffle cone and the ice cream is barely showing out of the cone there is a disconnect with the how the product should...

When to get ice cream with the family I ask the girl behind the counter if (I was on the back of the store)rightline to order she said yes. Then the girl that was upfront came to the back ask the girl if I was next she said yes. And then the short girl said to me goeith her now. The tall girl that was serving up front ask the short girl is i spoke English or Spanish the little girl said yes with an attitude. And the tall girl also catch an attitude. I didn't see why they caught an attitude. If they can't speak English or understand it all why work up front of the store. The point they caught an attitude with me a customer. I walk out n you lost my business. And both of my granddaughters were crying. I hope the owner or manager will talk to them to treat customer with respect. Respect goes a long way. And...
