The reason for 2 stars is because the empanadas and the chicarón that I buy from them are pretty good even though their prices have increased. This is were the good ends...the ladies they have serving you have Very Poor Attitudes! They rarely, IF EVER, appear to be pleasant, warm, and cordial towards customers. These ladies act as if they are in some way superior and are bothered by the customers! So strange to have that attitude in a service establishment! They also have a tip jar & the card payment always ask for a tip..?!?..expect to receive a tip with that attitude...you got to be kidding me!! I dread going in there to ask for the items I want because I do not want to interact with them...they are So Cold that they give me anxiety... But maybe this is just my experience...just wish that they were more warm & pleasant and my experience with take out would be awesome! Maybe this review will bring a change & improvement in their behavior and interactions with...

The only good thing are the EMPANADAS. The HOSTES sees us walk in and says JUST GO TO THE TABLE WITH THE 2 MENUS I LEFT THERE FOR YOU. we sit and waited 15 MINUTES FOR SERVICE, I ordered the empanadas and they were great! I also ordered my food and IT TOOK 45 MINUTES FOR THE FOOD TO COME OUT ( I know this because the soccer game was on the second half and over by the time my food came out). THE FOOD WAS COLD AND THE MEAT WAS NOT WELL COOKED. Severely disappointed because I've gone to restaurants in the trystate area with less staff and busier croud and got better treatment, better food and quicker SERVICE. Take pride in what you serve and the SERVICE...

i ordered a pollo en championes and i must say it was, a very sensual, fulfilling and satisfying experience to devour..it satisfied every inch of my taste buds until i had none left to salivate! the environment was immaculate and such a convenient location.I encountered a hiccup through the experience, and thankfully enough, the owner Jorge was super helpful and accommodating, to where I'm already looking forward to another visit! it was such a pleasure...
