This place used to be my favorite Dunkin. Used to be fast and always accurate. Last couple months has been awful. Like someone else mentioned you sit at the speaker for 10 minutes while they do the two cars in front of you instead of just taking your order. Either way you have to take the order and make the food, so why let someone sit there and let the line grow dangerously out into the road.
Then on top of it, I started doing on the go orders instead of waiting in such a long line because I have to get to work in the morning. Several times it took then well beyond the point of me getting there when I put the order in before I leave. And then today the locked the lobby and told all the on the go orders to go through drive thru. The point of the on the go order is to skip the line that is already obnoxiously lo g and you just added many busy people to.
2 Stars because while the wait is long they are nice workers there. Bought an espresso machine today though. So I'm done waiting for these lines...

There are people that work nights especially in Liverpool with all the factories close by that have over night employees. Or the hospital employees that go in for their shifts OVER NiGHT! If they could just stay open one hour later it would make a world of difference! But because of the misinformation and the employee that just ran away and closed early you will be getting 2 stars. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have had one of the absolute WORST customer service EVER at this store. I made a mistake on a to go order, and asked to switch one of my more expensive items to a less expensive one. The people at the window would not do it. They tried to charge me full price for the item that I wanted to change in my order, even when I had already paid for the more expensive one. On top of that they screwed up my order and forgot to put one of my items in the bag entirely. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was NO MANAGER in the building and to return at 6 am the next day when one would be in. Today I called and was told that there was NO MANAGER AGAIN.
